    Geo Targeted Carousel?

Has anyone ever seen a Geo targeted slider before?

For example, for the Featured Ad slider in CP, the ad that shows up in the slider would be dependent on the location of the individual using the site. So if someone from Hong Kong is on the site, they would only see Featured ads from Hong Kong and surrounding areas. Gumtree uses something similar to this.

If it hasn't been done yet, it would be fairly easily to achieve, wouldn't it?
