Google and Dynamic Multi Level Fields Plugin

Hi all,

I am using this plugin with just State and City. What about coming from Google - how can I create a landing page so that when the user clicks on a Google link saying www.mysite.com/buffalo - then our webpage also opens up with the Dynamic Multi Level Fields Plugin showing Buffalo.
I have created a category landing page in ClassiPress but cant get the plugin to show the preset city Buffalo.
What php code has to be included in the page so this happens?

I have also contacted the plugin maker Moshin, but I have not heard back from him yet.
