Hard-code the contact form into the ad listing

Hi

I would like to hard-code the contact form into the ad-listing page. OR hard-code one of the widgets.

Thing is: I have a video clip widget, and then the contact form in the sidebar, and because I need the contact form to be where it is rather than further down the page, I then can't add any more widgets to my ad-listing sidebar.

In an ideal world I would like to have the video clip, followed underneath by the contact form, followed underneath by either the Sticky Featured widget, or something else because at the moment these pages can be unbalanced if there's a lot of content in the Description field in the main body.

Anyone got any ideas how I can add other widgets underneath when I already have a widget, then the contact form, already in? I cannot have the contact form first, it HAS to be the video unfortunately.
