Hello, my mistake because I have a record!
when a user has several ads yours, and you get in touch with one of them for example if you sell a car and contacts the car, then you have another announcement of a motorcycle as it receives the email to the bike and the car.
received emails from another ad and not the person you are interested.

Hola, me dado que tengo un error grabe!
cuando un usuario tiene varios anuncios suyos ,y te pones en contacto con uno de los suyos por ejemplo si vende un coche y contactas por el coche ,pues si tiene otro anuncio de una moto pues recibe el email para la moto y no del coche .
se reciben los emails de otro anuncio y no del que la persona le interesa.
