Have Featured Ads "Stick" to the top of each Category
I have scoured the forums with no clear solution or answer to this mod.

I would like to have the "featured listings" stick to the top of their respective category and sub category. Also, I don't want this to alter the "Just Listed" tab on the home page, I would still want the ads to appear in order they were listed under that tab.

Has anyone been able to do this?
