Form layout problem

Hi. This is probably a basic question/answer.. yet im gonna ask..

Under "Form Layouts" I created a new form witch will count for all my categories:


Now I created some new custom fields. Example I want the category "Cars" to have a custom field called: color, and no other categories should have that field.

So now I click "Add new" in the form layout window, and I get this message:




I need to have a standard form layout that counts for every category, but of course I also need custom fields for each category.. how is this problem solved?
