    Form Layout

    I have a question that I just can't seem to wrap my head around.

    I created a Form and assigned it to multiple categories(3 total) and subcategories(12 total).

    Then I go to create another Form, and this time when I go to sign it to the same categories and subcategories, there is no option for me to check the subcategories, only the categories.

    Why is that? Makes absolutely no sense that I was able to do it the first time around and not the second time as the subcats are not even showing.
