header email don't display what I want

Hi everybody,

since few days I have an email problem:

1. Emails goes to SPAM box
2. email header cha,ged and display "<@89.mail-out.ovh.net" in "from" field

So How can I set a new clean header email like "From: sender@me.com"

That's the case for each email from Classipress system (new user, new ads ...) and from my contact form 7 plugin.
