    Header Navbar problem

    Hi,

    Can someone help me figure out what I mistakenly changed to cause this error? When I am logged into the site (as admin or regular user) all is ok, but when I logout, the header drops down, like the margin-top is affected somewhere and this causes the image in my header to lose its position.
