Help....

Does anyone know of a plugin i can use that keeps track of who is on the site at any one time and for how long..?.

Example.

Mr x logged in at 15:45, STATUS = on-line or status = logged off at 16.45.

That kinda thing.

I am also wondering if anyone knows of a good plugin that would enable me to ban troublesome users if there are any.
