need to edit three pieces of text where to find?

hi I want to edit the body of the "welcome to our site" text on the home page.

Also want to edit the body of "featured ads" text on the submit your listing page.

Also on the submit your listing page I want to change "price" to "price without currency symbol"

any chance you could point me where to find/edit the code to change them? I have dreamweaver...thanks greg.
