Help about csv importer...

Hi, I need to use CSV importer for import many database data in classipress; I understood everything but I have also some question:
- in the example csv file there is the field "ad_cat" that is the names of the categories, right? but if a category has also a sub-category (example: auto > boats) where I write the subcategory in the csv file?
- in the example csv file there is the field "attachments" that is the address of the images, right? how I must write it? for example:
http://www.mydomain.com/img/nameimage.jpg ?? or only nameimage.jpg ? or
http://www.mydomain.com/wp-content/u.../nameimage.jpg ??
- in the example csv file there is the field "date" that is the inseriment day of the ads, right? how I must write it? what is the right syntax?
- if I leave a field blank, without any text, there are problems?
