Help with modifying/streamlining Customer Login, Registering, and Payment Options

I am very happy with my Classipress home page, search results page, and listing page appearance. (Great for surfers!)

However... To make classified sales earnings (My main goal). I feel like the Customer Login, Registering, and Payment Options are not "client" user friendly and streamlined.

I would like to offer 2 payment options.
1 ad listing for $1.99
or a 30 day subscription for unlimited ads for $9.99 (With 12 months autopayments).

I am very new to design. (1st timer). However I have spent days getting the website to look the way it does and anxious to complete the project. I have very low funds and cant really pay to much for help.

I have spent 2 days scowering the forum and cant seem to find answers to my needs.
