Hide Categories For Free Ad Listing

I was wondering if it is possible to hide the "PAID/Membership" or "PAID MEMBERS" Categoriess to "FREE Ad Listing" or "FREE MEMBERS" ?

Because sometimes site users don't read and they might get upset if why their ads can't be post and they might leave an find another ad listing site. I'd rather have to add a small text like "Upgrade Now For More Categories" something like that.
