    Hide mouseover home category description

In one of my category descriptions I added a title with link to a Google map.
Works fine in a listing, but on the homepage category columns it shows an ugly tooltip when mouseover.
In sidebar its no problem, only the standard "listings for...etc"
Is it possible to hide or disable it ?
