    Hide the top gray menu bar when users log-in (WP version 3.1)

    I just updated to 3.1 and noticed that when users login a gray menu bar pops up at the top with post, search, etc. I've looked for ways to hide this top bar but no luck. Can someone let me know the .php file to edit and which line to alter to hide this top gray bar on WordPress version 3.1?
