Hide / Show Menu Items for Logged in users

I have changed the top menu to use a Menu instead of just pages and being controlled by classipress. This lets me have drop downs that display pages etc.

I have the user dashboard and profile in the top menu. How do i only display these 2 items when a user is logged in, and not all the time (which is meaningless to a visitor)

    Thanks
