Hire a developer to improve stats in CP

Hi I´m looking for a development which improve the visitor´s stats information at a sight, to include in CP sidebar. For my customers would be very useful to add / sum all the times all their posts has been viewed for a specified author and add /sum the times all their ads has been viewed.

A useful example could be http://www.milanuncios.com/venta-de-...-177220844.htm (see the stats at top right corner) and also a more indeed stats clicking 'Ver mas estadisticas'
