How to ad payment option in the ad a ad form.. Classipress

I have now searched the forum endlessly , but I do not see any answer for the question I have. ( Classipress
- When people fill in their details for the new ad they want to advertise ( first action of 3 ), they get an option IN THE FORM( form created by you or the default form) ad the bottom, to check the checkbox, with the choice if they want to pay to appear in the top slider at the homepage of www.vindhet.be or not. (See the attach)
THE questions are: Is there a way to ad extra options to that page( checkbox options) that are compatible with the classipress theme and payments ? Where can i find the source code for that page ? Or...is there a plugin ?
