    How to add more search fields to main search bar

    Hi, I can't find similar solution at forum, so I decided to ask.

    I need one more filed in main search bar in theme-searchbar.php.
    This is my goal:
    2013-11-12_1512.jpg

    I just need another text search field, but I have no idea what should I change in "searchfield" div. Can you help me with this?
