How to Add a Specific Category on the Navigation Bar

Hi,

I am thinking of adding a link of specific category to my navigation bar.

For example:
Home/Categories/About/Business Directory/Buy and Sell/Events

I only know how to create pages such as About Us etc. But how about adding the above categories too?
