How do add "Stores" function from Clipper to Classipress.

Hi all

I have seen the new Clipper theme intended for coupon sites and I think it looks good.

I especially like the "Stores" functionality. The possibility to have a widget in the right side showing "popular stores" and in the search bar as well.

I would really love to be able to have "Stores" functionality on my site - which is built on Classipress.

Meaning:
I would like to have the stores possibility that you see in Clipper theme PLUS an "Stores" link in the main menu leading to a site/index of stores in my system. When store name is clicked the user is sent to the stores page where he/she at the top sees store picture and info and below a list of active content from this store.

Can anybody create a very detailed tutorial on how to implement such a stores feature into Classipress? I am willing to pay if we can agree on a price.
