How to change font color of PARENT CATEGORIES in ( step 1 ) and ( dropdown cat list)?

Hi every body,

i'v 300 sub cat and i'd like to change the font color of PARENT CATEGORIES in ( step 1 ) and ( dropdown cat list) in cat widget ?

- ( different color with Bold) is required

I've highlighted parent cats just to show you.
