    How do i change the remarks at the footer of the website?

    Hi, i want to charge the remarks at the footer of the website. How do i go about it?


    This is what appears on my site:

    I also want to change the twitter link to the website i intend to put as powering the site.


    Note: Both the link at the header and at the footer show an error message.
