How to change thumbnail sizes for featured ads?

Hey everyone,

I just started to put a featured ads portion on my website, but it is looking a bit sad at the moment..

I was wondering if I am able to make it into four ads, with bigger thumbnails?

I'm not an expert at coding, but thought I might find something and I couldn't.

I've attached an image to sort of show what I mean. I want to make the red boxes the size of the thumbnails.
