Change Thumbnail and Main Image Sizes to 4:3

OK. I've scoured but maybe not scoured enough because I'd expect this to be easy and/or discussed by now...
All I want to do is get 4:3 images and thumbnails rather than square.

Simples...

So, like a thumbnail 100 x 75 and a main listing image 200 x 150.

Any idea where I can make that happen?

This is for a brand new site so I don't have old listings and images to worry about.
