    How to Get Refined Search to Show Up for "All Categories"? Or, link to refined search

    Hi all,

    I have noticed that the "refine search" only shows up after a user has selected and searched in a specific category. When a user searches in "all categories," the refined search does not appear. I know the refined search has the ability to search all categories, because when I change the category delineation in the URL to "0" it functions correctly. Anyone know how to get the refined search to appear even when the user doesn't previously specify a category? All categories are using the same form layout. Alternatively, is there a way I can link to the refined search option? Thank you!
