How do I make a link to goto the users own about page?

How do I make this link clickable to goto the users own about page? In one screenshot you will find the code. In the other screenshot you will find the link how it looks on the webpage. Where it says <b>/your_user_name<b> I would like that part to uniquely change to that logged in users about page address.
