    How to make a menu at the header similar to the category menu?

    So here's my website:

    http://www.guiarmvale.com.br/

    At the header, there's a menu called 'Revista GuiaRMVALE'. I wanted this menu to be like category menus, showing a box with options instead of a dropdown menu.

    How is that possible?
