    How do a safe Update to 4.x Classipress

    Good evening, I've been updating my site Classipress 3.6.1 to 4.x
    and completely lost everything from my site ... everything was unconfigured ....
    Can someone tell me how to do an update safely without losing the ads and pages of the site ??

    How do I back up the database ???
