How to Stop Spam?

I am currently running classipress, and have been running into people posting ads that are basically spam.

I want visitors to the site to be able to "flag" a page, to notify me that I should take a look at it. Could this be set up with a button that just sends an email to me?

I am open for anyone's ideas, because it is becoming a problem.

PS> I do not want to turn off auto-publish, because that creates a ton more work for me. I would rather just be notified by visitors when something is up. Thanks.
