'Stop Ad' button- how to redo this?

Hi

I am testing users' experience on my site now and noticed that when I go to profile's dashboard I see 2 buttons against each ad per this user. These buttons don't have any title but I can see that one is 'edit' and second one is 'stop'. I clicked on 'stop' and I don't know how to redo this? It looks like I have to pay for this ad agai. Probably I missed something obvieus here, so please explain how to run an ad which was stopped accidentaly?
