how did you heard about us?

Hi guys,

I would like to add the question:

"how did you heard about us?"
Then the drop down list:
- A
- B
- C

I found how to add it on the theme-register form but then, how can I link the answers of my visitors to one point where I will have all the stats?

I thought I will copy the code for that is use in the dashboard for post, comment, etc... but finally I couldn't find it as it is in many places.

Any idea of a simple implementation of that code?
