    Howto custom Prune cron job date ?

    In admin are we can choose Prune Ads function and select cron job period to:
    -None
    -Every Hour
    -2 times per day
    -Every Day

    Howto extend to "Every week" for instance or better 1 week after expiration date ?
    I would like to Prune Ads one week after the Ads expired
