Images for Feature ads but not the other ads

Classipress allows images or no images. It seems to me an incentive to sell Feature Ads would be to disable images for regular ads. Otherwise, when you have great search capabilities your ad will be found whether it is Featured or Not. This method would also free up Hosting Resources. Does somebody have a workaround to accomplish this? I find it disappointing that Classipress has an Ad Hierarchy, but no set of Hierarchy Controls and hope that AppThemes will integrate what I see as a core function needed in the theme.
