Just Listed Ad Not Showing Unless Logged In

I wonder if anyone can help. The Just Listed feature only shows my latest listings when I am logged in, however when I log out it disappears from the Just Listed tab. If I Search Ads without entering a search string and leaving it on All Categories the listing appears, however when I click Home it disappears again. If I

I have the latest WP361 and CP331 installations, and I tried disabling all my plugins, so this is not the cause.
