Left & right sidebars . 3 colums required

Hi guys,
I am using classipress and NOT 'Job roller' theme to develop a 'Job post' website.
The site is http://jobsInbrighton.net best viewed in mozilla FF.
I would like to know ,is it possible to add another sidebar to the right side of my page (along with a sidebar on the left).
I am currently using classipress version 3.0.3
I have attached two images a ( 2 column-currently using) and a (3 column-which i would like to achieve)
I am experianced in using css but not php coding. Could you reply using a 'classipress for idiots' style instructions for me. (clear,precise coding)
I am also not familar with childthemes, I will use the origional files/templates.
Please could you contact me/reply to me, with coding instructions of how to achieve this.
Classipress is an awesome platform ! Better still if i can achieve 3 columns.

Please assist me where possible.
