    Limit number of ads per user, per hour

    I am developing a ClassiPress site on which posting ads is always free.

    I want to limit the number of ads users can post per unit of time. For example: 5 ads per hour.
    Have any of you accomplished something like this?

    I see a WordPress plugin named "Bainternet Posts Creation Limits" exists. I haven't looked into it yet.

    Here's another plugin that the author claims does something similar on older versions of WordPress. I haven't looked into this one either.
