looking for a ZIP & NEAR by based banner system for CP 3.3

Hi,

I'm looking for a ZIP based AND/OR NEAR BY based banner system for classipress 3.3 - a modified widget based on cp 125x125 ads but being able to configure for zip code & radius xx km OR city & radius xx km --- so additional ads could be monitized by offering cheaper ads ... assume ads which doesn't make sense to present an article or service 100 km away.

Should be a widget for classipress aswell for vantage and jobroller.

Any idea welcome - solution better - a developer being able to solve welcome too - or offer a new widget
