    Lost My Dashboard !! URgent Help please!

    I was in my dashboard and i have changed the wordpress url in settings and now my site is totally down and i cannot access the dashboard to put the correct url is there anyway i can do it by editting the codes instead of dashboard ?? please help im losing 5 month work
