    Mod can you explain to me why nothing is being updated

    Mod can you explain to me why nothing is being updated when I activate plugins or add my header? when im logged into admin, its working, i can see my header logo and i an see my slider plugin working........... but soon as I signed out of admin it go back to default, and all my changers dont appear.

    how can this be fixed?
