    Mod on "User manage profile" Page

    I am creating a website for visitor to post ad for free. However under "User manage profile" i can see as below. How do i disable this? Kinda weird if user post for free and see this on their dashboard.

    Extended Profile
    Active Membership Pack:
    Custom Membership Pack active for the user. Can only be changed by admins.
    Membership Pack Expires Date:
    Date for unlimited/dealer posting (if enabled). Can only be changed by admins.
