    Modification of permalink

    Hello everyone,

    i just want to know how to set the permalink such that for an Ad that for instance has been published twice, the number 2 does not appear beside the name in the permalink:
    Permalink: http://www.carpoolingtest.ret./ads/berlin-paris-2/

    Because the city paris has been chosen twice in two Ads, the numer 2 appear in the permalink.

    I love to help out you out but please read this first Have you tried to install in a root domain? Have you tried to Resave permalinks? Have you tried to disable all plug in? Have you tried the default theme of Wordpress?
