    Move post new add buttons out of the Terms and Conditions text box new ads page

    Hello,

    As per the subject, how can I move post new add buttons out of the Terms and Conditions text box on post new ad posting page, so the user can ignore the terms if they choose. I know they shouldn't but I feel that the buttons should be under the Terms and Conditions text box on the new listing page. My Terms state that usage of my site constitutes acceptance of my terms anyway. By the way, I have some experience of PHP.
