    Move Sidebar "Welcome Back" widget to tabs

    How hard would it be to eliminate the Welcome Back sidebar "Edit Profile" "Manage Ads" and make them into tabs? That window occupies the primary widget area and I want to put something else there instead.
    See attached screenshot, it will make more sense.
