Multiple "Authors" for One Ad

This is going to sound like a strange request, but I'm using CP for a niche market where a user can create an ad and may have other people become the contact. For example an ad is created and the registered user selects one of a few people she designates as a contact. So instead of having the primary author show up in the ad, the designated contact will be placed in the ad instead.

To complicate this even more , I'd like the primary user to be able to select the new contact from a drop-down or check-box while creating the ad, so the primary user should have the ability to create a list of contacts she'd like to use.

I realize this is asking for a lot, so I'd be willing to pay someone for this kind of functionality if it currently doesn't exist.
