Multisite?
I could use everyone's advice.
Has anyone managed to create a Multisite with v3.0.4?
I am trying to figure out which direction to go in. I want to have a national site, similar to the way the kijiji one operates. (
www.kijiji.ca). I know that I can set up subdomains using multiple versions of the same site, but forsee it being very cumbersome when updating, etc.
Yet, if I were to use only one domain, the featured slider listings would not be location based, and only at a national level. I want it to be display based on location. Has anyone seen a carousel that is "geo" friendly, so to speak?
Any suggestions or examples of what you have done would be greatly appreciated!
I've reviewed different posts in the forum about this topic, but none have really answered this question.
