Need help for some modification in form ;)

Hi all,

Im looking for change the location field

1) I would like do same that: http://www.clasipy.co.cc/ (selec Area 1 then Area 2) how i can do that?
On the website, i would like show: in front page Area 2 and in the ads post Area 1 & Area 2

2) I use catégory and subcatégory, maybe its possible showing catégory in bold into the form selector?
