Need suggestion regarding car classified site

I am working on a car classified site using classipress.
I need suggestion regarding how to manage ads for people wanting to sell cars and people wanting to buy cars.
Like I need them to be sortable as buyers and sellers. Should I create 2 seperate sections (sub categories) in each category for sellers and buyers or have a field in the ad form to select I want to buy a car / I want to sell a car. Or is there any other way to handle it ?
