New move off forums...

I must say I am not happy at all with support being moved off the forums with regards to items brought in the marketplace.
Job themes you now have to go via e-mail.
This is bad and hides poor customer support. It also degrades the forums as they are a source for research for any problems that might arrise. Because people now can't find answers in the forums there will be longer response times via e-mail which means more downtime if something goes wrong.
i have been here a while but I seriousily think it is time to move on and find a more professionally run software sollution.
I think appthemes is falling apart, quite literally with certain developers leaving, Shannon, Melioniq etc.
What is the reasoning behind this Appthemes?. It just promotes poor support for items sold in YOUR marketplace....
